IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note:
- Please place your order before 3.00pm for same day dispatch.
- You should receive your order by 1pm the following day
- Requires signature upon receipt - please send to an address where somebody will be available to sign for the package
- If nobody is available to sign for the package, the postman will leave a card with either details of where he has left the package, or instructions on how to collect your parcel from the depot.
- Next Day Delivery is not available to certain postcodes – please click here to view these postcodes
- Multiple Shipments: If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, you will only pay one delivery charge.
About our DHL 1-2 day service:
Our new 1-2 day delivery option uses DHL 48 hour service.
- Place order your before 3pm for delivery within 48 hours (Monday - Friday)
- Most packages arrive the next day
- Requires signature upon delivery - please send to an address where somebody will be available to sign for the package
- Deliveries are made any time between 0730 and 2100 Monday to Friday
- If nobody is there to take delivery of your order a card will be left explaining how to arrange re-delivery
- Northern Island, Islands and Scottish Highlands (e.g. Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Shetland Islands and Orkney Islands) may be longer than 2 working days and is charged at £8.50*
- Can deliver to both homes and businesses
- No Saturday deliveries

*The postcodes which are classed as Scottish highlands are IV, HS, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20 through to PA49, PA60 through to PA78, PH17 through to PH26, PH30 through to PH44, PH49, PH50 and ZE. IM, TR21& TR25 are Isle of Man. PO30 through to PO41 are Isle of Wight.
EUROPE

You will be charged a one-off fee for the entire order (£3.50).
You also have the option to add the International Signed-For service for £4.50 – this is a more secure priority handling service. Customers that have had problems with the postal service are advised to choose this option. The International Signed-For service has a tracking facility. A signature is required upon receipt. If you choose the International Signed-For Service the total charge will be £8.00.
*Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. However, we presume that all items are gifts are as marked as gifts on the customs form.
